Owner and Principal
Nathan is a real lover of the outdoors and is an artist in the landscape. He was born and raised in Oconee County and from a young age went to work with his Father, Rick Hester, learning the landscape-installation trade. Rick taught him many skills but most important were his lessons in honesty, integrity, customer service, craftsmanship, and accountability.
As a Civil Engineer, Nathan has a real talent for solving complex problems, managing schedules, and visualizing design concepts. His attention to detail and requirement to do things the right way make him an exceptional project manager.


Noah Dilday
Designer
Noah Dilday is a landscape designer pursuing his master’s degree at the University of Georgia. With a background in environmental studies and construction, he enjoys designing landscapes that are beautiful, sustainable, and functional. In his free time, he likes to travel, read, exercise, and go outside.
Paul Haag
Maintenance Team Leader
Paul loves the experience of getting to see the before and after of a landscape project. He enjoys the process of putting in the effort to improving landscapes.
Currently, Paul is studying criminal justice at Athens Technical College, and he hopes to become a departmental investigator one day.


Charlie West
Day Laborer
Charlie attends Oconee County high school as an upcoming Senior, and plays baseball for the Warriors. On the job, he enjoys the satisfaction of finishing a job, and working with our crews.
In his free time, he likes to hangout with friends, play baseball, hunt/fish, and do things with his family. Isaiah 40: 30-31.
